Kids and Teens Flexibility

Level: Beginner
-Age: 8 to 16
-Prerequisites: None. Come have fun and get flexible with us.
During class: our students will work on increasing their flexibility to achieve back bends/ back arches, forward bends, flat straddle/ over straddle, squared flat splits on both legs/ over splits, skin the Cat to full extent (full shoulder flexion to extension.)
*What to bring to Flexibility Class?
