TRAPEZE 3

-Level: Advanced
-Age: 17+
-Prerequisites:
5 pull ups
5 pull overs straight legs
5 straight arm straddle backs straight legs
10 leg lifts to top
5 single arm hangs for 3 seconds on each side

-Apparatus: Static Trapeze/ Triple Trapeze
-This class: full beats into pull overs, as well as toe hangs, elbow hangs and knee hangs; basing and a variety of rolls. Students will work on forward and backward hip circles, fall back into half angel and beats from toe hangs.
