Advanced Flexibility
This class will focus on the maintenance and conditioning necessary for proper flexibility and strength poses on the ground as well as in the air. Bring your back bends, splits, shoulder flexibility up a notch.

Requirerments:
-one year of consistent flexibility training
-backbend from standing
-both flat splits (or close to flat)
-flat straddle (or close to flat)
-MOTIVATION!
